practice( Cant sleep)

I can't sleep tossing and turning in the damn sheets I'm coughing from burning that damn weed. I'm lost and concern that I can't breathe Im trying to learn how to be healthy but, I keep lying to diet I've been silent about my violent events of how I get,When Im eat a burger and my fries and I'm outside smoking again.while I'm holding the gin.I told myself Im croaking again. tomorrow I will not do this again. Then I wake up and I do this again. Shaking my head til lose it again.
