(no worries) remember those days like it was yesterday, just a young mom with a boy, age three trying to be free and move to a new state trying to escape poverty, working night and day just to be free and stay on her two feat, sweat always runnin down her face keepin up with the day to day rat race, getting home to tell her boy face to face no worries, even though the workweeks kept her heart race, skippin college just to keep up with the pace, no one understood why she would go for cheap checks, was it worth it if it meant just a little more just to make ends, what a life bittersweet to see the joy in her little boy with a new toy, wishing she could do more, hurting at her core, shit is real when your poor, always one knock away from heavens door, constantly reminiscing of better days fealing warm sun rays, praying one day she can finally tell her son with a smile dont worry, this is just part of the journey, things will be okay just go out and play, never let the stress get to you and me, enjoy being free, now I'm here at 22 feeling like I need to do more, roles switched seeing that your getting old at 42, trying to be a good son through and through, things are different now in a new point of view with a knife always at your back but I guess that's just life when you got enemies I wish time would just freeze, let me go back to the days without worries, wish all the stress would just go away but you gotta learn not everything goes your way, just gotta pray for a better day,
