An angel came yesterday Said hello the usual way Asked how I was and how you were Said that life was never fair I told him I was doing fine Was getting on now you weren’t mine But he just smiled and went away Said he would be back another day. No place to go but down when your up that tall. Theyre all waiting to hear the sound when you make that fall. Plenty of people around waiting for you to make a mistake, and when your money piles high the real ones turn fake. Damn I dont even know who to trust anymore. We were all good when you thought I was poor. Ramen noodles on the stove you was my bestfriend. Now Im this and Im that cuz i live in the west end. This game is hard but I make it look easy.
