I'm having it again. ugh. my anxiety is acting up I just want to have a drink but I know it's not the right thing I'm a better man now I'm clean will I ever get rid of these thoughts will I ever stop worrying and wondering I'm in so much pain I know I'm doing the right thing but I just want it to be easy why cant I just do it all over again I gotta be a man I have to be there for my family why is it so hard?
