I hopped in my car and I went for a drive Had find a new way to feel alive Since I no longer have someone by my side I’ve taken great steps to take it all in stride Have you wondered why People who are so happy cry Since the day i got my name and opened my first eye Its been preconceived who i was suposed to be Such a shame it was when SHE Turned out to be a he But yall fight this dont you see Were all from the same human lineage species Higher power gave us higher thought in hopes we could beat The rest of those whos minds are closing off to everything Just to be clear I never thought We would end up out here So far from the start And when I look out the mirror I’ll telll you what I see I see an open land scape ready for discovery Had to find the reason for me to be me Without you or anyone else you see I started to lose myself but hey here I’m standing Human nature is an awful way to blame the way we hang out heads in shame at the sight of those weve mamed And to the crowd id like to say Dont give it up so easily Dedication can be innate And can block out some of that hate No matter what youll find a way To free your mind its not too late
