RAINY DAYS- I remember them rainy days, had to hustle just to eat Selling drugs in the streets, trying to make ends meet Momma crying every night, praying for a better life But I had to do what I had to do, just to survive Dodging bullets, ducking cops, running from the law I was just a youngin', but I had to stand tall Had to keep my head up, had to stay strong Couldn't let the struggle break me, had to prove them wrong Now I'm counting all this money, living lavish Still remember them days when I was average But now I'm shining, diamonds dancing on my wrist I made it out the struggle, now I'm living like a prince I'll never forget where I came from, them rainy days I wear my scars as a badge, a reminder of my ways I came from nothing, now I'm something, they can't hold me down I'm Lil Redd on the beat and the king of the underground.
