walking to the liqure store get some alcohol the sun getting hot my mouth getting dry a mixed drink with ice sounds real nice music thumping steaks sizzling on yhe grill my cup is empty whats the deal time to go to the liquor store for real walking fast on a mission to refill my glass need a bottle some ice and some mixer something strong and enought to last us through out the day whisky or rum tequila or gin yes im buying some booze for me and my friends it's that season once again BBQ and beats walking back arms full a full variety of spirits ablock away my music thumping crowds gathering fast people dancing on the grass bbq sizzling smelling good through out the hood i get to my chairo at last time for a drink hand full of ice slice of lemon everclear 8 count splash of soda take myself a taste its perfect puts a smile across my face sipping it slowly enjoying the way it makes me salevate maybe its more than that could be destiny or fate it always makes me feel great helping me through times of despair always there for me when nobody cared giving me the courage whenever i got scared breaking the awkward silence helping me when life just doesn't seem fair helping me speek when i could only stair curing the boredom that fills the air everything is better honest to god i swear thanks for all the blackouts faded memories and the hangovers you help me through make my headaches go away as you calm me down nomatter whats going down making my days tolerable even helping me get laid when i get up i remembered i saved you to enjoy myself starting a brand new day then its off to the liqure store get some more alcohol
