Feeling lost in my mind, mental health on the line Trying to find peace, but it's hard to define Anxiety creeping in, taking over my days Depression knocking on my door, won't go away never Thoughts racing, can't catch a break Feeling suffocated, like I'm drowning in a lake Trying to stay strong, but it's getting hard to cope Feeling like I'm stuck at the end of my rope Battling demons inside my head Trying to find out a way to break free from the dread Therapy sessions, medication to cope But sometimes it feels like there's no hope Mental health struggles, a silent fight But I'll keep pushing through, I'll shine bright No shame in seeking help, it's okay to not be okay I'll keep fighting, I'll find my own way stay strong little one
