#RSCREW #DepthLow #Korea 2014.11.30 From a Low Place Haven't I experienced and enjoyed enough? Haven't I struggled in the highest places to change, to make a difference? In such contradictory situations, I've fought not to reach cognitive dissonance. It seems it's time to start again. From the lowest place, that is. I need to fully consider what it means to start from a low place. 1. I can no longer command anyone. But I can make respectful requests. 2. I won't despair or become angry if reality can't keep up with my ideals. However, I won't suppress my ideals as they are just pure wishes. 3. I stop idolizing myself right now. 4. I clearly distinguish what I should do, what I can do, what I can't but shouldn't ignore, what's not my responsibility, and what I shouldn't do. 5. I treat even those who are most hostile to me with courtesy, politeness, and respect. 6. I prioritize sensory perception, including dreams. I stop infinitely expanding my imagination into worlds that are neither visible nor measurable. 7. No matter what kind of writing I do, I go through sufficient contemplation and review. I don't write frivolous texts swayed by emotion or texts born from anger. 8. I start by forgiving and loving myself. 9. I prioritize those less fortunate than me over those who are more affluent. 충분히 경험하고 즐기지 않았나. 가장 높고 높은 자리에서 바꿔보려 변화시켜보려 몸부림 치지 않았었나. 이런 모순된 상황속에서, 인지부조화까진 가지 않으려 고군분투 하였다. 이젠 다시 시작해야 할 때인것 같다. 가장 낮은 곳에서부터 다시 말이다. 낮은 곳에서 시작 한다는것이 정확히 어떤 의미인지 부터 충분히 상고해야겠다. 1.더이상 내가 누군가에게 무엇인가를 명령할순 없다. 존중을 담은 부탁은 할수 있을것이다. 2.나의 이상을 현실이 따라가지 못한다한들 좌절커나 분노치 않는다. 그러나 이상은 순수한 형태의 바람일뿐 그것을 억압친 않는다. 3.나 자신의 우상화를 지금 당장 멈춘다. 4.내가 해야할일, 내가 할수 있는일, 내가 할수 없으나 방관치 않을일, 내 몫이 아닌일, 내가 하지 말아야 할일을 구분하여 명확히 한다. 5.나를 가장 적대시 하는자들에게도 공손,예의,존중으로 대한다. 6.감각기관의 인식을 우선시한다. 꿈을 포함해서 말이다. 보이지도 가늠키도 힘든 세계로 나의 상상력을 무한히 확장하는걸 중지한다. 7.어떠한 종류의 글을 쓰던지, 충분한 상고를 거치고 검토를 한다. 감정에 휘말린 허황된 글이나 격분에 기인한 글은 쓰지 않는다. 8.나 자신부터 용서하고 사랑한다. 9.나보다 더 가지지 못한 사람들을 나보다 풍족한 사람보다 우선시한다.
