3 weeks ago I took a shower, laid out my things, put shampoo and razor in the shower stall. then I walk out of the shower. and paralyzed, I was picked up by ambulance at the hospital in Zutphen. where I was tied to the bed, my legs and arms were stuck, I also had a tube in my nose. I was then taken by ambulance to the HIC Doetinchem. once I got there. a conflict arose that got out of hand and physically out of control. I was therefore fixed and given 2 injections in my left and right buttocks. Items were also removed from the room for my own safety. A few days later I was allowed to have the bed back, but I didn't want the bed back myself. I slept fine with the mattress on the floor. I also passed out a few times, luckily the supervisors were quick to help. One evening I was lying in bed and I had a re-experience of being tied to the bed, but I was at the HIC in Doetinchem, but I was not tied there, but the re-experience made me experience it that way. I received guidance from TOM and he helped me as far as he could help me. We talked about it together for several minutes and eventually called my foster mother about it. I also suffer a lot from depressive thoughts and suicidal thoughts and self-harm tendencies. that is why we are here to work on that, for now I am still in HIC admission in Doetinchem
