Some days I feel like giving up, my progress seems so slow. But then I take a breath, and I remind myself to grow. I know that healing takes time, and it's not always smooth. But I'll put my foot forward, I'll find my inner groove. I'm learning to accept what's happened, and to let it go. I'm learning that this pain will pass, and I'll start to flow. I'm not going to let this defeat me, I'm going to rise above. I'll take my power back With every step I take, I feel my heart regain its strength. With every breath I take, I feel my hope rekindle, hence. With every day that passes, I'm moving forward still. With every moment gone, I know I've grown my will. I know that I'm worth more, than what I've felt before. And I'm beginning to see, the person I'm meant for. The person I'm becoming, is stronger than I was.
