I don't understand why you do this to me, You say you love me but your actions don't agree, When I'm in pain and tears fall from my eyes, You laugh it off like it's all just a joke, why? You claim to be my ride or die, But every time I need you, you're never by my side, Why pretend that you care for me, When you only add to my misery? I thought love was meant to be kind, But your words and actions are one of a different kind, You say you'll always be there for me, Yet you're the reason I'm drowning in misery. You leave me feeling so alone, Like I'm trapped in this world on my own, And when I turn to you for a little light, All you do is turn your back and take flight. You say you love me, but what does that mean? When you don't even care about what I feel within, I pray to God that one day you'll see, That laughing at my pain isn't love, it's cruelty.
