where did all the love go where did where did all the love go too many tricks not enough women in homes poverty at an all time high families out here cold in the winter and burning up by summer no place to eat no place to retreat no where to call home mothers going hungry just for their kids to eat first nobody gives a damn if youre at your worst reach out for a helping hand but nobody grabs it youre too dirty malnourished like the famine better not get sick or yous a dead man walking and i aint talking zombies its the living that starts joining armies just to pay for a meal basic training then its straight off to kill nobody gives a damn about the mental turmoil youll feel and those wounds leave deep scars that takes years to heal but do they give a damn nah your just another recruit tryna pay for college and get 3 hot meals but enough about the army ima keep it things real what about the little girl who cant afford lunch and gets bullied for being poor do u think shell heal maybe if she can repress the memory or learn how not to feel its sad what this world is becoming its almost unreal how we turn our back on eachother while we conceal our true motives in the dark but the truth will resurface no matter what
