dear judge or probation officer i dont really even kno what to do but i want to write a letter for Chris Martinez one who ive known and someone who always helped whoever needed his help including me and my wife at the time. He has a good soul and a very hard worker often working 2 jobs at a time and helping his mother who is very ill right now and its not a gaurantee shes gonna ever see her son again if he goes to prison . which is gonna be sad cause she also lost her daughter which is reason she in da condition shes in now and her only hope is that she will see her son again. hes nonviolent , great person, he doesnt need to be locked away then kicked out to da street wen his time is up. this is not helping nobody is making things worse he really needs help he needs a good program and im willing to put my life on it. he is too smart to not succeed. every body loves him. i mean everybody. his mother is doing real bad now im afraid she might pass before seeing her beloved son. I beg u judge to have mercy one last time please ill put my life on it. i understand he probably wishes he can take it back honesty but he can't. He was going to get a new job go back to school everything was comin along but he relapsed and things went down cause he really need help and they wanted 20,000 for a bed cause he aint have medical insurance. He paid alot of bills too he was overwhelmed your honor i kno that for a fact but he still paid his probation and did alot of good hes only 30 yrs old.
