Ya know life was good apparently when I was young but I can’t remember that shit at all now. I remember all the bad parts. The parts of having an alcoholic as a mom for a good amount of time. Her calling me names and beating me up for no reason. My dad gripping me up by the neck. I wanted to end my life. Been in and out of the mental hospital for that. Being abused by exs. Almost being raped. Dealing and doing drugs. Those drugs. Let me tell you. They ruin your fucking life. Until I met someone who helped me get clean. I’ll admit I was in a bad spot in life. Was a stripper to make ends meet and that shit was bad. I was hoeing around trying to find love but I don’t have to do that anymore. I have a man whom I love and he loves me back. Move forward. Don’t look in the past.
