Talked to my mirror reflection, asking do you regret this, thoughts and feelings flood my vision, it's ok to let this in. Building walls and fences, nothing can keep out the worst, humans want highs but there are so many lows, still surviving. Don't have to be strong all day all night, it's ok to let your guard down, falling is ok, make sure you get up again, bad nights don't last a life time. Sleepless for days, fearing what others say, the moment I shut them out, I felt peace and smiling again. Talked to the inner child in me, let it take over from here, never too late to start over again, steps into the right ways.
