hands down not up because the police says put ur hands down and behind ur back so they can handcuff u and put u at the back of the pickup van and go to jail the next day u go to court to explain why you are in handcuffs and if the judge no u stay in jail for how many years we don't know ask the judge,, judge says when ever he comes out he comes out.
