Barely even friends then somebody bends unexpectedly I didn’t act like a belle for you I never will and this is true beauty and the beast tale as old as time they say like storybook fairy tales some might put you on just like you said you needed this delicate rose to be admired and adored you plucked me from the ground but forgot about the thorns if you thought that you could lock me behind doors and if you thought I’d tremble and chandelier shaking roars I know that I’m beautiful it comes with a price I am not allowed to be naughty or nice I see you standing there come into the light I see you standing there so you’ve come to stare at the beast have you ready to lead me down a dark pathway you might be a beast but there is wrath surrounding me (beauty) met you in the depths of dispair couldn’t appreciate me being there had anger built from the past really just wanted something to last approach hard and fast your prisoner of war wearing slippers made of glass #beautyandthebeast
