David Salazar signed this petition  David Salazar started this petition I David Salazar Jr am a Native INDEGOUSE Man of SanAntonio Texas, and I have been made to suffer cruel and unusual punishment at the hands of the Bexar county Sheriff's office as well as the city of SanAntonio Texas. I was forced to Eat with my hands during my incarceration at the bexar county Adult Detention Center. I was also degraded and humiliated by the officers of this jail, why I say this you might ask well because my testimony was taken from me a testimony I was writing to GOD NOW I HAVE REASON to believe that I was made to suffer by a sect Society that is real and needs to be exposed in this City not only was my testimony taken from me and passed to other inmates to humiliate me amongst each other and officers but I was also housed intentionally in a one man cell Wich had 666 marked all over there walls along with other satanic symbols this has caused me seriouse mental and physical pain I have experienced also some type of paranorma trama and my life was put at risk because the officers did not like me so they mad fun of me and failed to answer any of my greivances. Also during this time I was made to crawl up and down a flight of stairs with no type of support by either a wheelchair or crutches I was in pain they also failed to provide hygiene that should be issued out to inmates who are housed there until they can make bond being that we are innocent until proven guilty the fact that the jail failed to provide me with cleaning supplies to clean my cell and was forced to eat with my hands is cruel and unusual punishment and I believe was done due to the bad work ethic of the men and women who work here and needs to be exposed. No one deserves to be treated like less of a human being. being that I am a United States citizen my constitutanal Rights have been violated and I deserve some type of recompensesation for the physical and mental pain I have indured. To make fun of me because of my religious beliefs is also a crime no human deserves this type of treatment so I take it upon my self to right this petition so justice well happen and nothing like this we'll ever happen again. Now this jail has been the center of countless deaths in this county due to mental illness this shows beyond a responsible doubt that there is a problem that needs to be addressed. Now during my stay I have wrote more then one grievances asking for my property and testimony and was just blown off why I can just say the sluggardness of the corrections officer not wanting to due they job, now I have also went through the proper chain off command and was still denied I went to the internal affairs of the city of SanAntonio Texas and again was looked as if I was a criminal and was asked to come back later this shows the lack of empathy on the city of SanAntonio Texas part. On Oct 22, 2020  was the date I entered this facility so there is a paper trail in there kiosk system of the greivances I filed and this shows the lack of empathy towards me and fellow inmates thinking that my greivance was a joking matter I was made fun of by the officers during this time because of my religious beliefs my privacy was also invaded when the officers decided to pass my testimony around talking of my life and road to recovery they thought it funny to keep it and laugh at me I found this not a laughing matter, my life was put at risk putting me in a full blown exorciscism now ppl have died due to exorciscism I point to the Catholic archdiocese and the ones that have been documented For exorciscism. for 8 days I had to battle a spiritual battle that could of took my life if I did not have Jesus Christ in my life. I could of suffered a myo cardio infraction a seizure or who knows. I would like justice to be served and this to never happen to any one again like I said numbers don't lie the death toll is one of the highest in this great Nation of ours  I have also seen the cause of mental illness in the county jail i have seen first hand the way inmates have been treated inhumane by the men and women who work here treating them like animals as I said forced to eat with there hands especially during this pandemic this is a abomination towards man and a injustice because u have put me and other inmates lives at risk due to there lack of code ethics and empathy how many more inmates have to suffer inhumane treatment and possibly die. Now this ends now please men and women of this great Nation help me and people like me who have been a victim get justice from a flawed system that needs to be fixed so take a stand and sign this petition so we can stop inhumane treatment of inmates civilians remember innocent until proven guilty but even if one is convicted this does not give them the right to make us eat with our hands like dogs we are all created equal and this is America. My 5th 6th and 8th constitutanal Rights have been violated and I cry bill of rights to Americans across this NATION to make this right thank you for your time reading my petition and may God bless you all.
