~Eschelon~ Call me the California king That's the size of my bed Living the California dream just don't like paying the rent So I'm focused on what's working Setting aside what doesn't help If you refuse to grow with me Then you can wither by yourself It's not that I despise you Just that I don't hate myself And I have realized to Evaluate my mental health most eyes seem plain incapable to see nonphysical types of deranged dysfunctionality when society's eyes like to prioritize lies over what's right what our egos hide behind ironically, traps us deeper inside Obscuring reality into dreams unrealized Is it really any wonder when we feel surprised every time we get hit with a reality check Reminders we're being blinded when life gets a little too intense That our lies aren't real, it just makes sense Confidence is great but it ain't a substitute For honest strengths that you can truly prove The problem is if you're involved in this all the webs of fraudulence you spin won't absolve you of shit but they'll get dissolved when the truth of it all reveals a two way street but who wants to admit to their deceit yet that's the price you'll have to pay For a life that isn't fake when it's down to brass tax you can't just write off the facts Only when you accept both your wins and mistakes can a diagnosis even be made And a plan to try and own it save You from the dissatisfaction Of a life of lies and distractions Then decide to write on life with passion In the permanent ink of truth Instead of trace a face that isn't even you Into the sand before the tide Live true before you lose your life Someday all of us will die The choice is yours, this is just my advice But I'd rather know and go then guess or hide taking breaks to daydream is like mini vacations for my mind to inscribe a little aside on the side of the page of today so I'm less impatient inside some might say it's an escape but I find it's more like a way for me to organize the thoughts that get tangled and just unwind not running away when I'm rumbling the stage remaining deft yet in place while I make them settle this case it's not up for debate when my intellect plays fixated on coveying disdain yes I'm taking aim to piss on everyone and everything that I hate lames keep wishing in vain to alleviate pain as they shit where they eat then bitch and complain that their dinner plate stinks ain't itching for thanks just a bit of restraint if you listen that's great but shit's what this ain't so if it isn't get given praise by miniscule brains can't really say I'll even be phased and since I'm not into gimmicks I'm legitimate when I rhyme my lines aren't limited edition they're one of a kind so I won't limit my vision because the witness is blind. ~Justin Farrow #jduhbeschelon
